first. you have to beat the elite four. here are the items you will need.
a mach bike
25 timer balls
25 ultra balls
10 max revives
a pokemon that knows hypnosis
second.you can find sky pillar along route 131 right next to pacifidlog town. once you find it you have to use the mach bike to get across cracked parts in the floor.
third once you get to rayquaza save your game right in front of him that way if you kill him on accident just turn off the game turn it back on then you will be at rayquaza.
